What is Tracking?
Tracking lets you know who has viewed your ePortfolio, providing information for all mail-outs you have sent.
On the first view of the Tracking report in the Tracking section you are shown your mail-outs in a data grid. You can see the date of each mail-out, the mail-out name, the number of intended recipients and how many of these recipients had viewed your ePortfolio.
By selecting a mail-out from this list you will have access to a breakdown of who has viewed your ePortfolio and the last date it was accessed.
