What is the Forwarding policy?
By ticking the Forwarding policy you make some extra text visible in your mail-out email.
It states the following:
This email and the ePortfolio that links from it are intended for the original recipient only. The sender has requested that under no circumstances should this message or a link to the ePortfolio be forwarded on to others.
The Forwarding policy tick box is at the bottom of the Mail-out form as shown here:
