What is the Dashboard section used for?
The vumi™ dashboard section gives you a central place to see what you or others have done with your ePortfolios or artifacts.
Links are provided from the Dashboard to the Getting Started video, the 'How to write a resume' course and to the Resources page on the vumi™ website.
It also provides you with quick access to the most common tasks you are likely to want to achieve, such as; edit the ePortfolio you last edited, create a new one, edit any other one or mail one out.
A summary of the space you have used in the repository relative to the allowed maximum. If you place your cursor over the bars in the graph it will show the number of items within each content type that you have uploaded. The wallpapers that come pre-loaded, called system wallpapers, are not counted in this summary.
The verification summary shows the last 6 artifacts you had requested verification on and their status; pending, verified or declined. If you click on a row the artifact details window will open where you can remove the verification, edit the details of an an artifact, download or delete it.
Mail-out summary shows the last 6 you had sent with the date, the name you had given it and how many recipients had viewed the ePortfolio. Clicking one of the summary rows opens the Tracking report for that mail-out and selects the recipient report for it so further information can be gathered about whom and when your ePortfolio was accessed.
The Feedback summary lists the last 6 items of feedback received from recipients. It shows the date the feedback was posted, the name you gave the Mail-out and the name of the recipient who posted the feedback.
