What happens to my ePortfolios and artifacts if I let my Premium membership lapse?
Vumi allows you to create unlimited ePortfolios and store your data for life.
If a Premium members account lapses then that account will automatically revert to a Free membership account. Free members still have access to the vumi console and hence they can continue to manage their repository, ePortfolios, address book etc.
The Premium account does offer a number of features which are not available to Free members. The main features that are only available to Premium members are as follows:
- Ability to create mail-outs
- Ability to request verification of artifacts
Hence when a Premium account lapses to a Free account the member will no longer be able to create new mail-outs or initiate new verification requests. Any existing mail-outs will continue to remain active for 30 days after the account reverts. Any existing verification requests will continue to remain active.
If continuity of your ePortfolio links is important please consider maintaining an annual Premium membership.
