What are shared pages?
Shared pages allows the reuse of content you had added to earlier ePortfolios so you don't have to do it again.
If you click a blank page from the Page selector panel to add content to, and you have already added content to pages of the same name before, you will have a chance to reuse them.
You don't have to reuse a page if you would prefer to add something new.
If you decide to reuse a page you are given the choice of any earlier versions you had created.
If you update a page you can choose to update all of the instances of the shared page or you can let it remain as a unique page.
Simply deselect the usage check box as shown below to make the page unique.
