I have received a licence key in an email, what do I do now?
If you receive an email indicating that a licence key has been assigned to you it is a simple process to activate a new account or upgrade an existing one.

If you do not have an existing VUMI membership clicking the first link in this email will open the sign up page on the VUMI website with your licence key already in the appropriate field. All you need to do is complete the rest of the form.
If you do have an existing VUMI membership than you should click the second link in the email which will open a licence key upgrade form, as shown here:

Enter the email address you used for the existing membership and click the continue button.
The screen will refresh with the details of the existing account and a field for you to paste in the new licence key. The screen is shown here:

By clicking the Submit button your existing membership period will be appended with the time associated with the licence.
