How do I archive old feedback messages?
To keep your Current feedback area manageable feedback items that are no longer current can be archived to clear space for new items. Archived feedback items can be retrieved at any time.
It's easy to move items into the archive and back to current feedback grid.
In the Current feedback data grid on the Feedback section click on the feedback item you wish to archive.
The feedback item will open in a modal window. You will see the Archive this feedback tick box at the bottom of the Feedback details panel.
Tick the box to have the item archived. If you want the feedback item to appear in the Current feedback data grid again simply click the item again and un-tick this box.
